WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Paid Media Lead, you are responsible for; Media PlanningPlan and execute advertising campaigns connected to the strategy, budget and goals in your market.Define objectives, target audiences, and select optimal platforms and channel.Create comprehensive paid media plans that align with overall marketing objectives and budget direction.Overall tactics and execution of local channel activation in collaboration with the media agency and regional team.Day-to-day operations with local media agency partnersEnsure channel performance and optimization from a sales and consumer/customer perspective.Secure that media investments are optimized towards performance and brand goals. Think Full Funnel.Plan locally relevant boosting calendar in collaboration with the local PR team, to drive full funnel influencer amplification.Analysis & DataDriving customer growth, retention and as well as attract new consumers via local paid media channels.Use your strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics, such Recognition, Consideration, Purchase Intent as well as short- and long-term ROI.Use data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and continually refine and optimize campaigns.Budget allocation & Follow-upCollaborate with the Sales markets team to allocate the paid media budget across different campaigns and channels based on regional guidance for performance and secure optimum media mix based on return investment (ROI).Secure media goals are set across markets to ensure media excellence, aligned with global & regional strategy, goals, target audience & media channel guidelines.Who You’ll Work With

As the Paid Media Lead, you collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and implement the media strategy. You serve as the primary local liaison with the media agency and work in partnership with the regional media team to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals while maintaining relevance to the local market.

Who You Are
