Part Time Maintenance Technician 1

Responsible for assisting the maintenance manager with preventative, corrective and renovative maintenance of assigned buildings, grounds, vehicles, and property including: planning, implementation, quality assurance, and budget adherence. Part-time position, generally day hours, Monday through Friday The maintenance technician has on-call responsibilitiesAccomplish assigned maintenance tasksMaintain records and complete documentation of work accomplished, time, purchases, etc. Obtain bids for externally contracted projectsTrack annual maintenance plans and preventive maintenance checklistsWHO WE ARE:At Dungarvin, our primary goal is to create a positive influence in the lives of the people we serve.
