Passive Fire Estimator

We are seeking a detail-driven Passive Fire Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive bids for fire protection projects. In this role, you will:Analyse drawings, tender documents, and specifications to understand project scopePrepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), pricing schedules, and full quotationsConduct site surveys to ensure estimates are accurate and compliantSource competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractorsCapture and price contract variations and track these through the QA systemEnsure all bids meet fire safety regulations and client requirementsPrepare and review QA documents using specific programmesCollaborate with clients, sales, operations, and project management teamsProvide value-engineering solutions to optimise costs without compromising safety
