Payroll Clerk

Description We are seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves handling a variety of payroll functions. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for gathering and reviewing timecards, managing expense reports, and creating batches for payroll processing.Responsibilities: Handling the processing of timecards for payroll. Managing and pulling in all expense reports for payroll processing. Creating batches of timecards and other documents for payroll. Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payroll on a biweekly basis. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations.Requirements Possess proficiency in processing biweekly payroll Have experience in handling expense reports Excellent mathematical and computational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion Excellent problem-solving/judgement skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
