We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join the team andsupportourfast-paced, high performing and energetic Sales teamthat arepushing boundaries and building the future of Nine.If you are acreative and ambitious coordinator that is passionate about delivering an exceptional Employee Experience, then we'd love to hear from you!

What will you be doing day to day?

Manage our bespoke Learning & Development Program, Sales Academy– this is where you will spend majority of your time! We have just launched ‘the future’ of Sales Academy and you will play an exciting role in developing eLearning modules in partnership with Sales Leaders, organise face to face and online training, support the creation & execute upcoming learning calendars,develop communications & engagement, maintain the sales training system etc.

Enhance the Sales Employee Experience– review data and partner with the sales team to review and improve the onboarding process, embed the development process and our internal sales job board, keeping the sales intranet up to date, manage the exit process etc.

Develop and deliver internal wellbeing initiativesalong with our passionate Sales Health & Wellbeing Initiatives

Support the People & Culture Business Partnerin adhoc requests including the design and delivery of new and annual people initiatives and assist in reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

A bit about you?

You will be in the early years of your People & Culture career andlooking for your next opportunity in a unique role where you will build your breadth of experience in P&C. More importantly, we are looking for someone that has the right skills and attitudes:

  • Experience in a People & Culture role orDegree in Human Resources.
  • You are a great communicator and relationship builder– you can connect and understand the needs of people
  • You thrive off being organised– you enjoy working in a fast-paced team, and can prioritise your to-do list
  • You are proactive & an innovator– always taking initiative and coming up with new & creative ideas
  • You have a highly engaging, can do attitude -willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved
  • You are tech savvy– with prior experience using learning or HR systems, and competence in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
  • You are action orientated –you achieve results while having fun with our team along the way!
