We’re proud of brands, like COLORBOND ® steel that inspire and protect everything from hospitals to bridges and stadiums.The OpportunityOur People, Commercial, General Council or Business Improvement team is looking for a People Services Representative in our People Services team based in either Port Kembla NSW or Adelaide (CBD), SA. In this role, you'll support employees and leaders across all business units by managing HR information and providing day-to-day guidance on people processes and policies. From maintaining employee records and organisational data to responding to queries and supporting key moments in the employee lifecycle, you'll help ensure our people have the information and support they need, when they need it.If you're someone who enjoys variety, loves getting the details right and is always looking for a better way of doing things, you'll thrive in this role. You'll work closely with teams across the business, build strong relationships and play an important part in delivering a seamless People Services experience.Enjoy the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week. Additionally, there is accommodation in start and finish times to support greater balance between work and home life.What Will You Do?Bringing a people-first mindset to everything you do, you'll play a key role in delivering efficient and accurate People Services support across the employee lifecycle. You'll also:maintain HR systems, employee master data and organisational structures within SAP, ensuring information is accurate and up to dateprovide responsive advice and administrative support across a range of HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding processesprepare standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business decision-making and workforce insightscoordinate purchasing and payment activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manneridentify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working to enhance the employee experience and service deliverycollaborate with stakeholders across the business to resolve queries and provide high-quality, people-focused supportMore About YouWith your strong attention to detail and passion for delivering excellent customer service, you'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
