Reporting to our Head Of Leadership, Talent and Performance you will help design, deliver and manage our new performance review cycle, including implementation into our HRIS. You will engage our people with the delivery of impactful performance and leadership activities and experiences that build meaningful careers, high performing teams and drive business results.Day to day you will: Support the Head of Leadership, Talent and Performance to build governance in line with the strategy Support the design, development and delivery of our new Performance cycle and relevant embedding and capability activitiesManage the implementation of performance into new HRIS (Workday)Actively co-design and consult with P&C Business partners and the businessCoordinate and conduct analysis and measuring the effectiveness of our new Performance cycleSupport high priority initiatives across leadership and talent, as appropriate.
