You will play a key role in ensuring our residents are provided with high quality care across multiple RAC homes.The main responsibilities of this role include: Providing short term relief across multiple Western Sydney Homes, covering both planned and unplanned leave (travel is required)Personal care such as showering, dressing, and feedingAssisting with lifestyle activitiesWorking closely with our Nurses to ensure clinical care is provided including medication administrationMaintaining and recording documentation including clinical recordsWhat we are looking for:Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or Bachelor of Nursing students who have completed their first-year placementsAvailability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per weekPrevious experience in a personal care role in Aged CareEvidence of Covid vaccinationNDIS Workers Check or willing to obtainRight to work in AustraliaFlexibility to travel and work various shifts
