Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensures a high quality, effective and professional experience is provided to every guest following
the Grappone sales process.
-Operates routinely with a high level of professionalism.
-Establishes knowledge base regarding products, services, and competitive automotive makes and models.
-Has pride and passion in what they do and a commitment to the Negotiation Free Sales process.
-Must have a valid driver's license, and be insurable through our insurance company.
-Must be able to work days, nights, and Saturdays.
40 hour workweek
Monday thru Friday - 10:00am-7:00pm (scheduled hours will vary between these hours)
Saturdays - 8:15am to 5:00pm
Closed most Sundays - open 4-6 Sundays per year
Minimum of 112 hours of paid time off within the first full year (128 hours in year three)
8 paid holidays per year
