Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Project Management team in Darwin are seeking a Project Director to join the team.As a Project Director with Turner & Townsend you must be capable to lead projects, manage a team, have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects. The successful applicant will be working closely with and supported by the Director for Project Management for South Australia. Lead and manage mid to large scale real estate and infrastructure projects as the key client interfaceDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project safety and environmental requirementsManaging project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
