The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience.Role within the project:To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery for Banking Project.To provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery for Banking corporate Fit out.To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.ScopeProject Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project, etc.  Typically, projects fall within the Rs 5cr to Rs10 cr range.  When in a supporting role, the project size may be far greater.Responsibilities:Design managementConsultant appointmentCommercial / budget managementTeam managementRisk managementCoordination with the site teamReportingDepending upon context, a Project Manager is likely to report to a Senior Project Manager #LI-PK1
