Project Manager Scrum Master

The Publicis Media Business Platforms Team is developing solutions to support the business needs. The Project Manager Scrum Master is essential to ensuring Business Platforms products and services are successfully delivered (e.g. against scope, cost, time, quality) and maintained. The Project Manager Scrum Master will be responsible for acting as the Scrum Master for development teams to deliver business solutions. Includes oversight of full project lifecycle from inception to implementation with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams using agile methodologies and practices.The Project Manager Scrum Master will participate in the estimation, risk and resolution, status reporting process, and ensure that each team meets their commitments. The Project Manager Scrum Master ensures quality of products and services. Role Objectives:Plan, Implement and Manage concurrent projects using the agile framework including managing all scrum ceremoniesEnsures there is a consistent application of project management methodologies and standardsDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others to ensure successful product deploymentWorks closely with the product, deployment, engineering, and leadership teams to identify and assure delivery against key business objectives, priorities, expectation setting, etc. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreamsCritical/analytical thinking and problem solvingThrives in an ambiguous and fast-paced environmentExcellent organization and communication skills (both verbal and written)High energy level, strong team player and good work ethicPerforms other duties as assigned or requested
