Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Data Centres

Contributing to our achievement of Turner & Townsend’s global visionEstablishing friendly and professional relationships with clients, colleagues and other parties involved in the projects and programmes we deliverAdministering a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policiesDelivering clear and concise reporting to clients to provide visibility on project status, risks and issues, and allow our clients to make timely and informed decisionsPro-actively monitoring and managing risks and issues, with a focus on achieving great outcomes for our clients.Managing and collaborating with client, consultant and contractor teams to manage the achievement of project deliverablesManaging contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice Proactively providing sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders inclusive of Long Lead Item Procurement of Client Supplied equipment (e.g. ICT Hardware, Telecommunications Cabling Infrastructure products inclusive of all copper and fibre cabling items)Liaison with Main Contractor during construction to facilitate smooth transition to the Client Fit Out / Operations PhaseProcurement of Contractor(s) to complete the Client’s Scope of Works for the Data Centre Fit Out (Data Halls and Offices)Management of Fit Out Works with respect to Health & Safety, Time, Cost & Quality.
