- Provides comprehensive audits to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and clients receive the highest level of care- Ensures Funder, partner and Equus policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes- Conducts statistical data comparisons using MS Excel Develops quality improvement processes by reviewing activities and administrative systems- Records, compiles, and analyzes performance and compliance information to ensure quality- Reviews clinical assessment operational procedures and processes; makes recommendations for improvement- Develops and implements continuous quality improvement processes- Reviews customer survey data and provides management with recommendations for improvement, if needed-Communicates effectively with program management using good judgment and diplomacy - Clearly articulates and documents that staff are performing timely and accurate services according to operational procedures and processes- Provides audit reports to manger and keeps management informed as to the status of program quality matters, including performance- Other duties assigned
