Reservations Manager

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Reservations team. You will set high standards for our guest experience ensuring a memorable experiences from the first point of contact.What you will be doing:Lead, coach and develop the Reservations team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.Oversee the daily operation of the Reservations department, ensuring all enquiries and bookings are handled accurately and efficiently.Identify and create opportunities for increased revenue working to achieve key financial targets.You will be responsible for ensuring all reservations in the PMS system are up to date and accurate.Resolve guest concerns and booking issues promptly and professionally.
