Residential Business Analyst

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to deliver a new IT solution for our Residential Project Marketing team. This role is central to implementing a unified CRM and stock management system that integrates marketing automation, reporting, and customer journey visibility.You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and a third‑party solution provider to ensure the system is designed to requirements, thoroughly tested, and successfully implemented.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business teams to capture workflows, pain points, and requirements.Define solution architecture and plan CRM, stock management, contract workflow, and reporting customisations.Support data migration, including extraction, validation, preparation, and upload.Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder alignment with the software provider.Develop and coordinate test plans, track issues, and ensure resolution.Assist with training delivery and create user guides for staff adoption.
