Job Description

• Assist the store and assistant managers in running the floor and motivating the team - around efficiency, being proactive, ensuring a positive and professional attitude at work
• Maintain store to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional
• Be passionate about helping customers to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Undertake responsibility of manager when the store and assistant store manager are not in-store

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Commitment to the customer and the in-store experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solver, ability to use initiative
