We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The purpose of this role is to drive outbound prospecting activity and create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales organization. As an SDR, you will learn how to execute multi-channel outreach, personalize your messaging, and connect with decision-makers to generate interest in Miratech’s solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to hand off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and develop your skills in research-driven prospecting. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to explore business development and grow in a high-performance, global technology environment.Responsibilities:Execute high-volume, highly personalized multi-channel outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and voicemail to VP and Director-level contacts at enterprise target accounts.Build and manage multi-step outreach sequences in Apollo, leveraging the “Show Me You Know Me®” approach to maximize engagement.Research target accounts and contacts to craft relevant, personalized messaging that resonates with each prospect’s specific context and pain points.Map out organizational structures and identify key decision-makers to drive deeper account penetration.Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria and hand off to Account Executives as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
