We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical eCommerce Account Manager to drive our brand’s growth across key online marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). This role will be the face of our brand to our online partners, responsible for end-to-end business planning, execution, and relationship management.Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes to drive business growth.Sales Target Setting and Achievement: Define and implement sales targets on e-commerce platforms. Monitor performance metrics regularly, analyse data, and optimize strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Platform Management: Oversee operations on aligned e-commerce platform. Manage product listings, and optimize content, pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction.Market & Competitor Analysis: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and platform innovations to proactively stay aheadData Analysis and Insights: Analyze performance data to derive insights and course-correct strategies in real-time.Platform Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with category managers and partner teams to secure visibility and business opportunities. Proven experience- 2-3 Years in Ecommerce/Sales management, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry, with a track record of driving significant sales growth.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to derive actionable insights.
