Seacoast Skilled Laborer - Farmington, NH

Skilled construction laborer to work on projects in the Farmington, NH area. Duties may include but not limited to cleaning, material moving and using variety of different tools for misc. carpentry work.

Must be comfortable using wrenches, hammer drills, and basic hand tools

Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards

Load, unload, identify building materials, machinery, or tools and distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications

Punch list carpentry work

The ideal candidate has a 10 hour OSHA certificate, basic mechanical knowledge, and at least three years of construction experience. Must be reliable and be able to work independently. Positive attitude, attention to detail and focus on safety and quality is required.

Pay is based on experience, background, and references.
