Senior Associate, Media Planning (Bilingual)

Our team at dentsu Media is looking to add a Sr Associate, Media Planning to their team. This is a 100% remote role operating in Eastern Time zone Business hours.  Reporting to the Group Director, Media Planning as the Sr Associate Media Planner, you will be the daily focal point to the account. You will have daily responsibility for assigned accounts and are expected to understand the client’s overall business and marketing goals. You will be the steward of the tactical communications planning process and provide mid-level recommendations to the senior media team and client. Your main area of focus will be display and programmatic digital, however an understanding of general media planning is required. Part of your responsibilities will be to make recommendations to the client based upon their goals and objectives. Your primary client will be based in Latin America, so Bilingual English and Spanish skills are necessary.Sample of Responsibilities: Aid in the creation of client media communication plan strategies Create media plans, flowcharts, activation plan executions, buying guidelines, testing plans and results analysis, budget summaries, plan delivery and competitive reports Work with outside media partners to plan, optimize, and report on managed service media plans Contribute to existing and new communications opportunities relevant to assigned brand/category Support Integrated Media Supervisor in the collection and evaluation of syndicated consumer and media usage information Compile reports of competitive market/media information for each brand/category Manage daily client interaction, status, and project management Assist Supervisor in advising clients on the best ways to integrate media into their advertising and marketing programs Participate and lead, face-to-face client and vendor meetings Build relationships with internal and external teams
