The role is crucial for managing the planning, execution, and support of AI-related initiatives, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, meet user needs and drive value for Nine.Day to day you will:Lead cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI projects and product features.Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple squads, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement.Proactively identify, manage, and resolve impediments and obstacles to team progress, effectively managing inter-team and cross-departmental dependencies.Monitor and report on project and product feature progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.Champion best practices in delivery management, fostering an environment of efficiency and predictability.Focus on the needs of the delivery squads, ensuring they are empowered and supported to achieve their goals.Develop delivery and project plans, ensuring appropriate levels of governance and coaching teams for continuous improvement.
