As a Senior HR Advisor, you'll partner closely with leaders across our Store Support Office, providing practical, commercially focused HR advice and coaching. You'll support leaders through the full employee lifecycle, helping them navigate people challenges while driving engagement, capability and performance.You'll enjoy variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact through both operational HR delivery and strategic people initiatives.Drawing on your toolkit of skills and experience you will:Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business.Provide pragmatic HR advice on employee relations, performance, engagement and workforce planning.Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in managing their teams.Support organisational design and people planning initiatives.Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes and personal grievances.Provide guidance on employment legislation, policies and best practice.Support the delivery of leadership development initiatives.Support organisational change initiatives and help leaders navigate change effectively.
