Role Overview 
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in the successful launch and promotion of a new event in Dubai in 2026. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and attendance for the event. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product teams, to ensure the event's marketing efforts align with business objectives and exceed customer expectations.Areas of Responsibility & AccountabilityMarketing Strategy Development:Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy tailored to the new event, ensuring alignment with Informa Markets' overall objectives.Identify target audiences and create segmented marketing plans to maximize reach and engagement.Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional channels.Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs such as registrations, attendance, and engagement.Content Creation & Management:Oversee the creation of compelling content, including event websites, brochures, email campaigns, and social media posts.Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the event's branding and messaging.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with sales teams to develop lead generation strategies and support revenue goals.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Market Research & Insights:Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.Performance Reporting:Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Present regular updates to key stakeholders on marketing progress and outcomes.Additional ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong social media presence for the event, leveraging platforms to engage with target audiences.Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative approaches.Represent the event and Informa Markets at industry events and networking opportunities.Contribute to cross-business projects and initiatives as required.What You’ll ProduceComprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to the event.High-quality marketing materials, including digital and print assets.Measurable results in terms of event registrations, attendance, and engagement.Detailed performance reports with actionable insights.Strong brand presence and awareness for the event in the target market.
