Senior Partnership Manager

You will work within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment where your efforts have a meaningful influence on both our partners and customers.In this role you will: Identify, design, and deliver new strategic initiatives to support the partner grow in line with business/partnership plansSupport TAL and the partner with legislative change and advocating to the industryWork with the partner to implement new propositions, member engagement on insurance and digital solutionsDeliver excellent service through oversight of insightful reporting, and act as escalation point for service escalationsIdentify, manage, and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure delivery to partner expectationsIdentify, assess and deliver strategic initiatives to grow the partnership in line with agreed business plans Lead discussions on product design change
