We are seeking a commercially driven and technically accomplished Senior Project Manager to join our Industrial Hygiene & the Built Environment Service Line. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial opportunity for an experienced consultant with deep technical expertise in industrial hygiene, occupational health, indoor environmental quality, and building sciences, combined with a proven ability to develop client relationships, drive business growth, and lead complex projects.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage industrial hygiene and built environment consulting projects from initiation through completion.Deliver high-quality technical services while ensuring regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and project profitability.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across sectors including real estate, insurance, legal, construction, manufacturing, and public agencies.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the continued growth of the Industrial Hygiene & the Built Environment Service Line.Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and technical reports, and support client presentations and business development activities.Provide technical guidance on industrial hygiene, indoor environmental quality, occupational health, and hazardous materials-related matters.Mentor and support junior staff, promoting technical excellence and professional development.Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions and expand client relationships.Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.Represent J.S. Held at industry events, professional associations, and client meetings to enhance the firm's market presence.
