What You’ll DoLead the IT transition and transformation, overseeing the end-to-end migration of core retail store systems from Woolworths to Endeavour Group, ensuring smooth execution with minimal business disruption.Drive operational readiness and risk mitigation by implementing contingency plans, change management, and business readiness activities to maintain continuity in store operations.Align technology and business strategy, ensuring that the new IT operating model supports Endeavour Group’s business objectives, architectural principles, and future growth.Manage complex dependencies by collaborating with Woolworths transition teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors to align on key milestones, identify risks, and proactively manage interdependencies.Lead vendor and stakeholder engagement by managing third-party vendors, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and project deliverables are met. Regularly update executives, steering committees, and project teams on progress and challenges.Ensure seamless system integration and data migration by working closely with technology teams to oversee system integrations, data migration, and cutover planning for retail systems.Support post-migration stabilisation by tracking system performance, managing incident resolution, and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU operations.
