Job Description

This is an important leadership role. You will be putting your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of your clients and foster the development of others within the broader team while

  • Delivering much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, home and community

  • Usingclinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.

  • Providingtraining and formal 1:1 supervision to junior/new grad staff members

  • Assisting with projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery

  • Participatingin monthly peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist and current SPA registration

  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS and experience in leading others

  • Experience in providing training and supervision to other Speech Pathologists

  • A passion for being a leader in yourfield and delivering quality evidence based therapeutic interventions
