We’re seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape the way our teams design, build, and deliver exceptional digital experiences. Joining a cross-functional team tasked with building a loyalty platform mobile app for a leading insurer, this role combines hands-on design expertise with strategic vision. Creating human-centered, scalable, and beautifully crafted solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.Flexible working arrangements with three days in the office (Sydney CBD). ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end design delivery – Drive the full design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring cohesive, high-quality experiences across digital touchpoints.Human-centred design execution – Apply research, testing, and data-led insight to create intuitive, high-performing experiences.Design planning and strategy – Balance near-term delivery with longer-term design direction, aligning activity across priorities.Cross-functional collaboration – Partner with product, engineering, customer, and commercial teams to align on vision. Use storytelling to bring stakeholders along in your design process.Craft and quality standards – Maintain a high bar for design craft and execution, driving experiences that deliver measurable results and evolve the underlying platform.Design systems and accessibility – Champion design consistency and accessibility (WCAG 2.0 AA), ensuring adherence to best practices and shared design standards.
