Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe - and a leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands. Once commissioned in 2024, the Orrcon Unanderra site will utilise a brand-new Tube Mill boasting the latest technology to produce the largest tube manufactured in Australia. You will also be supported by an established team of industry experts who are ready to help you succeed.What will you do?Being key to this role, you will:safely deliver the outputs expected in the business plan on a day-to-day, week-to-week basisdeliver continuous improvement in quality and throughput the millguarantee operational teams are performing to the highest level, and ensure skills and competency of team members are built and maintainedmentor and coach staff to ensure they are adequately equipped to perform their roles to the highest of standardsMore about youYou will be passionate about performance improvement delivery and have experience in Manufacturing operations, and have demonstrated experience in the above duties.You will bring:health, safety & environment management measures understood and achieved (eg.
