Social Strategy Director

We specialize in creative brand platforms that build cultural relevance over many years, but also inspire new ideas into the many moments people have with a brand.   This role be instrumental in extending the influence and relevance of our platforms into the ever evolving social space. Job Responsibilities: Strategy Director - SocialReports directly to Chief Strategy Officer New Zealand,Establish and deliver on a distinctly Saatchi social approach that supports our approach of “Cultural Creativity”.Extend existing or newly developed creative platforms/ideas with social strategies and social specific briefs that create work that’s fit for environment and audience.Create strategies that unlock the power of social to solve business challenges for our clients.Be a vocal champion for the power of social, elevating and educating clients and Publicis group alike.Work in a specialist capacity to consult adhoc on the range of group projects (as/if needed). Day to day you’ll:Bring your consumer empathy, creativity, and social experience together you’ll advance our clients businesses, grow the team and embed social thinking into the agency as a core competence.You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to play a leading role in development of strategic products and IP (working models, methodology and processes).Together with Business Directors, you will hunt for opportunities, give these a structure and clarity for creative teams to solve.You will form strong, resilient relationships with creative and business leaders in the agency to form a trusted team for clients with positive momentum.And as with all Saatchi people, you will play a part in shaping an energizing agency culture that inspires amazing ideas.
