Spanish Translator

The Spanish Translator supports the successful delivery of trainings, onboarding programs, meetings, and operational communications by providing live English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translation services. This role helps ensure all team members have access to clear communication, learning opportunities, and brand education while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.This position is scheduled on an as-needed basis depending on business and training needs.Provide verbal translation support during:New Hire OrientationBrand TrainingsDepartment MeetingsLeadership TrainingsSafety and Compliance TrainingsSpecial Events and Operational MeetingsTranslate communication between facilitators, leaders, and team members in a clear and professional manner.Support an engaging and inclusive learning environment for Spanish-speaking team members.Assist with translating written materials, training documents, or presentations when requested.Maintain confidentiality regarding company information, team member discussions, and training content.Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled training sessions.Communicate professionally with all departments and leadership teams.Adapt translation style and tone appropriately to the audience and operational environment.
