In this key role, you’ll support the Spares, Receiving & Stores Team Leader by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, and helping drive team development through training and support.Your Day-to-Day Will Include:Leading and supporting your team to meet daily goals and KPIsProcessing internal and external orders with precision and speedCoordinating pick packing, shipping, stock movements, and inventory tasksOperating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move stockUpholding our high standards for safety and cleanliness (WHS compliance)Engaging with stakeholders across Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Inventory ControlAssisting with training, administration, and cycle countsThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, communicates well, and takes pride in making sure the warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.
