Reporting to the Stewarding Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow ColleaguesOperate an industrial dishwasherBasic knowledge of chemical usage requiredEnsure the kitchen Colleagues have the dishes/silverware required and guests have clean dishesSort, stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasherSort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe mannerEnsure all breakages and chipped items are removed from circulation and inventoriedEnsure floors are dry and clean at all timesFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentOther duties as assignedCompensation: $30.35 - $40.47 Hourly Rate
