You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our consumer-facing platform, covering everything from subscriptions and billing to customer identity and communications.As a Level 2 and 3 application support engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:Responding to and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues.Performing daily monitoring and health checks of our applications.Configuring and optimizing application settings for peak performance.Assisting with new application installations and feature rollouts.Supporting software upgrades and system enhancements.Contributing to various project initiatives aimed at improving our platforms.
