We are a leading not for profit Aged Care Provider experiencing substantial growth.As part of our centralised recruitment team, you will support our Residential Aged Care Business Partners primarily located throughout Metro Sydney. Your ability to manage your region effectively will aid your success. Additionally, you will have the support of a recruitment coordinator.  As part of the broader HR team, you will be joining an established, fun, proactive and diligent team of professionals, where you will play a critical role in supporting the business in meeting its people resourcing needs. Your days will include;Providing a mix of recruitment functions from sourcing, screening, interviewing to coordination of interviewsLiaising with candidates & providing an exceptional candidate experienceManaging recruitment campaigns where requiredWriting and posting ads to attract quality talent & qualifying best fitOptimizing recruitment related software & developing pipelinesUtilising social media tools for recruitment & EVP promotionPartnering with key stakeholders to provide guidance & coaching in recruitment processYour strong attention to detail, highly developed organisational skills, along with your ability to multi task & communicate effectively at all levels, will assist in your success, additionally you will have;Demonstrated end to end/360 recruitment experience Recruitment experience in Aged Care, Healthcare or Community Care - advantageTech savvy and an interest in optimizing recruitment software toolsExceptional communication, interpersonal skills & stakeholder managementAbility to creatively source candidates, build talent pools & pipelinesAdvanced consultation, negotiation & influencing skills.Natural networking skills and abilityCurrent NSW Drivers Licence & vehicle preferred for bi annual site visitsMust be able to provide evidence of Covid19 immunisationCatholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services and retirement living across NSW and SE QLD.
