Team Assistant Based in Macquarie Park, short walk from Metro Station + WFH Options7 Additional leave days per year + NFP Salary Packaging + Fitness PassportOpportunity to support 2 busy Senior Leaders and their teamsExciting new opportunity is now available for a highly organised, professional and experienced Team Administrator who enjoys variety and sympathetic to the mission and vision of Catholic HealthcareThis position will support the Legal and Mission teams at Catholic Healthcare’s Head Office with related administration, secretarial and coordination tasks within the departments’ areas of expertise.Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, together with your proactive approach and ability to adapt and prioritise, will assist your success in this integral and interesting position.Your days will include;File and resources management including team intranet sitesLegal - document management, searches, confidentiality agreements, short form contractsCoordination across the teams and with externals as requiredAssisting with Diary ManagementManagement and processing of invoices and receiptsAssistance with budget preparation and reviewAssistance in orientation and support of incoming and outgoing team membersManagement and coordination of team events and travel arrangementsAttending meetings and taking minutes, with actionsThe ideal applicant;Demonstrated previous experience supporting a team in a busy environmentAbility and curiosity to learn quickly and develop quality resultsPrevious experience as a Legal Secretary - highly regardedAbility to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersConsiderable experience with Microsoft environment and applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
