We seek a Team Leader – Student Experience Centre to join the Student and Academic Services team. You will support the Inbound Manager in developing and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service standards. You're a professional; customer service comes second nature as you use those skills to create a friendly and open environment to ensure students have the best experience. This is also a hands-on role, so you will not be afraid to get stuck in with the team when the need arises to ensure excellent customer service delivery.An essential requirement for this role is to have proven leadership and management experience in a contact centre environment. You will use this experience and skills to solve complex, sensitive and challenging customer interactions. You will be the escalation point for these interactions; you will be quick thinking and come up with solutions on the spot.This is a permanent, full Time, 37.5 hours per week role. The salary range for this role is $73,300 – $87,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.For more detailed information, please refer to the Position Description.
