Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader based in Mascot.This role will support, lead, and coach staff todeliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will:

  • Manage, support, and develop a professional, highly motivated and customer focused team
  • Monitor and manage team performance goals to assist in meeting company objectives
  • Promote a collaborative team environment
  • Complete daily and monthly management reporting
  • Contribute, Develop and Review processes and procedures to enhance continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a fast paced environment - desirable
  • Experience coaching, training, and mentoring staff
  • Analytical skills: Critical thinking, data analysis and problem solving
  • Communication – exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Previous experience with Cargowise
  • Industry experience
