The value-add things you’ll be doingIn the context of the Business Analyst role, "work that matters" revolves around ensuring clients have a positive and successful experience with the company's products and services. This includes:Support projects of all sizes, working with new and established clients to deliver new solutions and new features.As well as supporting internal projects as required, working exclusively with internal stakeholders.Work closely with clients to fully understand and capture requirements to define the solution.Attend workshops and lead requirement discussions both in-person onsite at client locations and remotely.Communicate information of a technical nature that can be easily understood by non-technical audiences.Define, analyse and clearly document requirements, ensuring documentation is produced and maintained to a high standard to deliver quality outcomes.Liaise with the development team to ensure requirements are fully understood and answer any queries raised.Problem solve and identify alternative solutions to overcome requirements that are not technically or financially feasible.Support with the technical setting up of the solution.Review formal testing results to validate the solution has behaved as per the agreed requirements.Assist with tackling user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT).Assist with post go live performance reviews of the system to evaluate success and make recommendations to enhance performance.Act as a general consultant on all requirement and technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.
