Join us and take your career to the next level!Role and responsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Solutioning:Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.Partner with the resource manager to prioritize backlog, provide effort estimates, and oversee project execution.Technical Advisory & Oversight:Serve as a bridge between business users and offshore/nearshore LCNC developers.Ensure developers move beyond task execution and understand problem-solving and solutioning methodologies.Stay engaged from ideation through delivery to ensure alignment with business goals.Stakeholder Communication & Demos:Conduct presentations and demos for C-level executives and business users.Ensure clear and effective communication, particularly with Spanish and Portuguese-speaking stakeholders.
