Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Technical Writer in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States. This role focuses on creating detailed reports, collaborating with teams, maintaining documentation standards, and reviewing and editing existing documentation in the medical device industry. Responsibilities: Develop clear and precise design verification reports, technical reports, and other related documentation. Collaborate effectively with quality assurance personnel, developers, and the verification team to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards. Work across various departments including software, hardware, and firmware to create comprehensive documentation that supports all aspects of product development. Review and edit existing documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and technical accuracy. Use your knowledge in Database, Microsoft, Computer Hardware, Deliverable, Design, Technical Documentation, Documentation, Compliance documentation, Analysis documentation, Software documentation, Support documentation, Process Documentation, Project Documentation, Report Writing, Hardware and Software, Firmware, Medical Device, and Medical device reporting to perform your duties effectively. Offer support in creating documentation that is clear and understandable for all users. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Collaborate effectively within a team environment and interact with various departments. Requirements Proficient in Database and Microsoft applications Strong understanding of Computer Hardware Experience in creating and managing deliverables Skilled in Design and Technical Documentation Familiarity with different types of Documentation such as Compliance, Analysis, Software, Support, Process, Project Documentation Ability to write reports Knowledge of Hardware and Software Experience with Firmware is a plus Prior work in the Medical Device industry is beneficial, including Medical Device Reporting Capable of creating technical documentation that is clear and concise Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
