Love what you do and leave your mark! Bring your analytical skills to interpret data & insights that inform recommendations & decisionsBe based in either Sydney, or Melbourne in this hybrid roleAs the Trade Analytics Manager within our Merchandise team, you will play a key role in defining how Endeavour Group collaborates with its trade partners, transforming day-to-day interactions into high-value, future-fit partnerships. Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Relationships Manager, this position enables the business to make data-led decisions by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, datasets, and tools that track core trading metrics across categories and channels.You'll work closely with Category, Merchandise Value (pricing), Finance, and Data teams to ensure fit-for-purpose reporting is available, utilizing it to inform and elevate core merchandise processes including commercial planning, cost governance (e.g., the CPI process), and trade partner dialogue. By driving data quality, process improvement, and clear communication, you will ensure the Merchandise function is equipped with the insights needed to optimize value, manage risk, and deliver profitable growth.

Read on.Here’s a snapshot of the Trade Analytics Manager responsibilities: Reporting & Dashboard Governance: Develop, maintain, and govern standard reporting tools and dashboards to track supplier cost movements and trading KPIs. Standardize reporting across categories and banners to ensure cross-brand consistency, automate manual reporting processes where possible, and maintain documentation of reporting logic and data definitions.Supplier Cost & Value Management: Manage the end-to-end process for supplier cost changes - including validating submissions, developing negotiation playbooks, and ensuring accurate implementation (e.g., the CPI Process) —while influencing the rhythm of commercial dialogues to drive value creation.Data Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all merchandise reporting by collaborating with data teams to resolve quality issues. You will identify reporting improvements to drive process efficiency and gather feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training: Act as the central contact for merchandise reporting standards , partnering with Data, Analytics & Insights (DA&I) and Finance teams to align on consistent data definitions. You will share actionable insights with stakeholders and support effective training to drive tool adoption.Strategic Planning & Transformation: Support merchandise transformation initiatives by streamlining reporting workflows and embedding scalable solutions , while embedding performance tracking frameworks that align with long-term Joint Business Plans (JBP).
