Job Description

  • Partner with other members of the executive team to represent the revenue department within the strategic planning process.
  • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of exceeding client ad performance expectations.
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline to ensure growth and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis and feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle.
  • Collaborate with finance, product management and growth teams to create business models and achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions.
  • Participate in contract negotiations

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in ad sales management and leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
  • Digital pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing experience to physicians preferred. Existing relationships with key agency personnel a big plus.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through aligning new product development and marketing with advertiser needs.
  • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
  • History of decision-making based on business metrics
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
