Vice President, Product, Personalization and Search

Peacock’s Personalization team helps every user discover content they want to watch as quickly as possible. The team identifies, builds, and optimizes a variety of machine learning and recommender models that power personalization and Search across the product. We are looking for a seasoned product leader to define, drive, and execute the vision and strategy of Peacock Personalization and Search partnering with a globally distributed full-stack personalization team of data analysts, data scientists, engineers, and editors.In this role, you will:Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Peacock’s suite of personalized product experiencesClearly articulate, evangelize, and align the organization behind the personalization strategy and value propositionIdentify how to scale the platform’s personalization capabilities to meet our growing international reachLead cross-functional efforts to accelerate the impacts of personalization on our users and the businessBuild machine learning powered products that address each stage of the user lifecyclePartner with Data Science and Technology teams to research, develop and iterate on Machine Learning modelsDeeply understand business considerations, competitive landscape, and best practices to drive optimal streaming video experiencesManage, mentor, and motivate a growing team of product managers
