We currently have an exciting opportunity in our national Workplace Management Services (WMS) team on a fixed-term (12 month) basis, working alongside our client to deliver a premium customer experience. This role is ideal for an individual seeking a dynamic role, with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer and client service. As our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful execution of workplace and employee experience events and activations, including client liaison, event planning and administration, food and beverage, and stakeholder management. You will ensure that every client interaction meets the highest standards of service excellence while supporting the efficient and productive operation of our spaces. Working with a local Workplace Support team and a national Workplace Experience team, your day-to-day responsibilities with include:Planning, delivering and executing meetings and events by consulting with stakeholders, management, operational teams and external catering providersCollaborating with local workplace teams to ensure the successful execution of events and activationsMaintaining and building positive internal client and external partner relationships Supporting on key administrative tasks such as end-of-month and budget reportingThe role operates on a Monday-Friday roster and encompasses a variety of responsibilities that will provide you with versatility, flexibility, opportunity and will provide you with significant career development opportunities.
