This is a great opportunity to learn the Danaher business approach and lead key sales initiatives. This position is part of the Fluid Technology Asset Protection department and will be located in the Northeast region of the United States. Our vision of the operating department is to leverage Pall technologies that enable our customers to operate more efficiently, safely and more profitably. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop and implement a customer account plan to achieve order and revenue projections.

Identify and drive new opportunities to capture additional market share

Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with channel partner, senior management and decision makers both within the organization and external partners

Work with sales management, marketing, engineering, and technical support teams to solve customer problems and maximize account penetration

Provide business analytics utilizing Salesforce, qlik-view and other databases to support account level forecasts and opportunities for tracking purposes

The essential requirements of the job include:

BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Material Science or other technical degree

5+ years’ outside sales experience related to general industry, energy, paper, mining and original equipment suppliers

Experience working with and developing strong relationships with channel partner leadership and outside sellers

Experience executing at each stage of the sales process, from setting up sales calls, to closing on opportunities

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Understanding of Pall products and experience with filtration desired

Outstanding presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are strongly preferred

Prior experience with sale funnel management (Salesforce or equivalent)

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
