Accountant

Description Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial reports through General Ledger analysis and reconciliation Handle the preparation and posting of journal entries Conduct monthly bank reconciliations Manage prepaid and accrued expense schedules Provide support for Accounts Payable and post cash deposits Process construction draw requisitions and prepare reports required under bond agreements Assist in budget preparation and reporting, generation of monthly and quarterly analytic reports, and periodic regulatory reports Contribute to the preparation of required tax filings Participate in special projects as assigned Close Fixed Assets and Construction in Progress on a monthly basisRequirements The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience.
