Description Accounting Operations Manager (100% remote)Our client is a national services company looking for an Accounting Operations Manager to supervise all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This is a 100% remote opportunity and will supervise several employees. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance

Implement best practices for financial operations and reporting

Manage cash flow and ensure adherence to financial policies

Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support

Oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable operations

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in accounting operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
