Accounts Payable Manager

Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Manager to join our dynamic team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing and enhancing the accounts payable operations while ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and records. This role presents an extended contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the accounts payable operations within the team. Utilize Concur for managing expenses and invoice processes. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounts payable records. Apply accrual accounting principles to maintain financial accuracy. Respond to and resolve any accounts payable inquiries in a timely manner. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Requirements Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable Manager role or similar Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Proficiency in using Concur software for expense management Solid understanding of accrual accounting and its application in financial operations Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA for managing business operations and customer relations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
